“We are conducting this survey on behalf of the Dedham Vale Food Hub (DVFH), which is a group of well established local food producers that wish to give local people the chance to buy their produce on a regular basis. The availability of local food may become very important as energy prices rise and world wide food shortages cause prices to rise. We would like to ask you about various possible ways that you could shop with the DVFH to see which ones we should offer.”
